DC Street Ministry

Join us on Saturday, March 13 to make bagged lunches and then travel to DC's Franklin Square Park to distribute lunches, talk and pray with the homeless.

We are looking for some musicians to accompany us so we can do some praise and worship! No experience necessary, just come with a heart to serve and ears to listen. This is a great ministry opportunity for families with children 10 and up.

Contact Kelly Schaeffer or 703-967-9490 for more information.

Nursery - 5th Grade Parents

We will have a new registration and check-in procedure for Nursery through 5th grade children at Park Valley's new location. This procedure provides security through a web-based program called Fellowship One. It will make our church safer and also make it easier for families to enjoy their time at PVC.

Contact Debbie McCarthy, Elementary Director or Beth Meltzer, Preschool Director for more information.

Please fill out and turn in your registration form as soon as possible even if you have previously filled out a form.

Summer
Camp

We want to encourage and empower women by strengthening our personal relationship with Jesus Christ, so that we can make a positive impact in our families, church and community. We do this through personal and group bible study, prayer, special events, outreach ministries and fellowship with our girlfriends.

Celebrate Recovery
The purpose of Park Valley Church's Celebrate Recovery ministry is to fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives through the "8 Recovery Principles". This experience allows us to "be changed". Watch this video to see how people, just like you, are getting victory over their hurts, habits and hang-ups. We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God's grace in solving our lives' problems. By working and applying these Biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program we discover our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power - Jesus Christ, the one and only true Higher Power. Celebrate Recovery meets every Wednesday night at J.W. Alvey Elementary School at 7:00 pm.

For more information, please email Mark Brady or call him at 703.655.7969.
