AWANA is Coming to Park Valley Church This Fall!
September 9, 2026–May 19, 2027
Wednesdays | 6–7:15 PM | Park Valley Church
For Children Ages Two Years Old through 5th Grade
Registration opens Monday, July 13th at 9 AM. Limited spots available.
AWANA is a year-long, Bible-centered discipleship program designed to help children know, love, and serve Jesus Christ through Scripture memorization, Bible teaching, games, and meaningful relationships with caring leaders.
Each week, children will learn God's Word, grow in their understanding of the Gospel, build friendships, and discover how to apply biblical truths to their everyday lives. As children progress through their handbooks, memorize Scripture, and grow alongside their leaders and peers, each week builds upon the last to create a meaningful and impactful discipleship experience. Through AWANA, our goal is to help children develop a strong spiritual foundation and a lifelong love for Jesus while partnering with families in the discipleship journey.
One of the unique aspects of AWANA is that discipleship extends beyond Wednesday nights. AWANA is designed to be a partnership between the church and the home, equipping parents to be actively involved in their child's spiritual growth.
REGISTRATION FEE
$30 per child, with a maximum family cost of $90.
This fee helps cover handbooks, awards, supplies, and program materials throughout the year. We never want cost to get in the way of a child learning about the Lord. If cost is an issue, please let us know.
Please note that children must be fully potty-trained to attend AWANA.
Registration opens Monday, July 13th at 9 AM. Limited spots available.

Birth - Pre-K
OUR MISSION...
We are dedicated to providing a warm, loving, Christ-centered environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our purpose is to demonstrate and teach the love of Jesus in patience, caring, and joy, through a specially developed, age-appropriate curriculum.
WHAT TO EXPECT...
During each of the Sunday morning worship services, our infants and toddlers are nurtured and loved, while our 3, 4 & 5 year olds enjoy a unique story time with the “Bible Story Teller,” which includes Bible-teaching and worship in song and prayer. In the individual classrooms, Bible crafts and activities reinforce the story, and children get to have fun playtime too!
Kindergarten - 5th Grade
We are excited to partner with you in the spiritual development of your child. Each month we focus on a Biblical Life Application which is a character trait that God wants to build into each of His followers. We do this through large and small group settings. Our large group time is where K-5th graders gather together for an interactive Bible story with a fun skit, engaging storyteller and high energy worship. From there, kids head to their grade level small groups, where leaders help them apply what they learned through games, activities, and prayer. This is also a time where we help kids to memorize a new Bible verse each month. Our hope is that your child will discover that they can trust God no matter what.
Park Valley Church prioritizes your child’s safety by using an advanced check-in-system and thoroughly screening all Family Ministry volunteers. You may also see our Watchmen in the hallways making sure everything is safe and secure. We consider it an honor to serve your family each weekend.
