Romans was written by the Apostle Paul to announce his plans to visit Rome, so this letter was written to present a complete and detailed statement of the gospel message he proclaimed starting with a full presentation of God's plan of salvation for mankind, sharing eternity in God's presence, and being transformed in this life by the renewing of our minds that by testing we may discern what is the will of God for our lives.
